Individual Entry Forms due April 12 th 2010:

Please fill in the nominative entry forms (N-1, N-2, N-3) and individual entry forms for competitors and officials (I-1, I-2, I-3 and I-4) and send two copies of the form to the Organising Committée at adress dan-ake@iksu.se or on fax +46 90 17 08 20.
No copies should be sent to the FISU General Secretariat.

Important!

The individual and nominative entry forms for all participators shall also be registered in the on-line accreditation system FERATEL, which you can find here:
https://event.feratel.at/fisu/jsp/login.jsp

This registration has to be done at the latest April 12.

Every FNSU representative, from each country, will receive an eventcode, usercode and a password from FISU for the on-line system.

This is also the place where a recent photograph of each participant shall be uploaded. The photo dimensions has to be:

  • Filetyp: JPG or JPEG
  • Filedimensions: 270 x 341 pixel
  • Filesize: max 300 kb

For the accreditation procedure to run smoothly during the opening of the games it is important for all of us that the data is entered and spelled correctly. Guidelines and system requirements for the registration will be found below “Manual” in the main data list on the FERATEL website. Please read the instructions thoroughly before entering data.

Participants of the WUFC:

  • have to be students who are currently officially registered as proceeding towards a degree or diploma at the university or similar institute whose status is recognized by the appropriate national academic authority of their country, or former students who have obtained their academic degree or diploma in the year 2009;
  • must be at least 17 and less than 28 years of age on January 1st, 2010 (date of birth must be between January 1st, 1982 and December 31st,1992);
  • must have a full passport-holdning citizenship of the country they represent.

Participation fee

According to FISU Regulations, the participation fee for World University Championship 2010 is 60 Euros/participant/day. If you have 20 participants staying for 5 days it makes 20 * 5 * 60 Euros = 6 000 Euros for the whole tournament. This participation fee will cover accommodation, food and local transports during the championship.

To confirm the participation of your team, a deposit of 2 500 Euros must be paid 3 months prior to the championship, that is February 12th at the latest. This deposit will be deducted from your final participation fee, so in the example above you will pay the remaining 3 500 Euros upon arrival.
